Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of high-leverage projects, the full-time Special Projects Lead will manage employee onboarding, develop manager training programs, and oversee internal communications in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience and redesign it for faster ramp-up
- Develop and implement training plans and materials for new and existing managers
- Manage recurring internal communications and support the executive team with presentations
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a similar high-ownership role
- Builder mindset with a focus on creating structure in fast-paced environments
- AI-first approach to problem-solving and project execution
- Strong design sensibility for creating effective presentations and documents
- Exceptional written communication skills in a documentation-first culture
