Job Summary

Driving high-priority initiatives from strategy to execution, the full-time remote Special Projects Manager will support the Innovation & Delivery team by creating structured work plans, managing critical workstreams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support high-priority initiatives by developing clear workplans, timelines, and follow-through
• Own discrete parts of major cross-functional efforts, ensuring milestones are met and progress is visible
• Build trackers, meeting cadences, and communication rhythms to enhance team execution

Required qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in driving execution in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
• Ability to synthesize information clearly and keep stakeholders aligned
• Good judgment in determining when to act independently or escalate issues
