Overseeing the research and execution of new ventures, the full-time Special Projects Manager will manage projects like Hirety and Neuralverse, conducting market research, developing business plans, and collaborating with team members in Toamasina, Madagascar.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the growth and development of Hirety, Onja's structured interview evaluation platform
- Research and build business plans for new spin-off ventures while managing project execution from concept to launch
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Manager and founder to align on strategy and track project progress and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Proven ability to take a product or project from idea to execution with minimal oversight
- Strong research skills with the ability to independently investigate markets and business models
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills for representing projects to stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
- Willingness to relocate to Toamasina, Madagascar for a minimum 12-month commitment
