Job Summary

Driving diverse projects from initial scoping to completion, the full-time remote Special Projects Manager will oversee the Communications Team's design and digital work, ensuring project performance and quality while managing external agencies and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear and actionable creative and technical briefs from stakeholder requirements
• Oversee project performance by defining success metrics and integrating them into design and content strategies
• Identify, onboard, and manage external agencies and contractors to fill skill gaps for projects

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management within a communications or creative environment
• Strong understanding of design and digital production processes
• Ability to develop and manage project briefs and performance metrics
• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
• Proven track record of managing external vendors and contractors effectively
