Special Projects Manager Engineering Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Projects Manager, Engineering & Technology in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a right-hand person to the CTO, coordinating leadership meetings and small product-related initiatives
• Conduct research, draft communications, and build presentations to support decision-making
• Liaise between teams, facilitate collaboration on projects, and manage key initiatives within the technology department

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
• Proven experience in an executive support role or administration role, preferably supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, and Zoom
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
