Job Summary
Special Sections Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for producing advertising magazines and promotional campaigns, including content planning, editing, and design, while maintaining quality standards and collaborating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality magazines for print and digital, including content planning and layout
- Post advertising special section content online and design promotional campaigns
- Maintain communication with all departments and uphold quality standards for publications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two to three years of experience in advertising, marketing, publishing, or communications
- Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Word
- Formal training in graphic design and copywriting required; Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred
- Knowledge of the commercial and newspaper printing process
- Experience in web design and familiarity with AP Style
