Special Servicing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Special Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze property, borrower, and guarantor financials
• Update and monitor loan specific information in the loan servicing system
• Assist Asset Managers with loan document collection and report generation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance/Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
• Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate Asset Management preferred
• Understanding of third-party reports and property operating statements
• Analytical skills to comprehend complex commercial loan documents
