Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, Business Information for their ESS Claims Coverage and Litigation Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract data from databases, tables, and data warehouses, and provide recommendations based on customer operations
- Maintain data integrity in internal databases and identify gaps for data maintenance
- Retrieve and export data from internal and external sources to keep databases current and usable
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate studies in business, insurance, mathematics, or related field
- Six years of experience in a business information analysis role or similar position
- In-depth knowledge of business information analysis concepts, data mining, and insurance policies and procedures
- Familiarity with product terminology, processes, regulatory and compliance issues
- Ability to analyze data requests and work under tight time constraints
