Specialist Content and Assets

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Content and Assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic marketing and ongoing content needs for a large health system through development of impactful email, SMS, direct mail and other copy that drives patient acquisition, retention and nurturing
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and legal teams on messaging

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or similar preferred
• 2+ years work experience required with an emphasis of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
• Health system, healthcare industry or health retail experience preferred
• Ecommerce or retail email and SMS writing experience
