Specialist CRM Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, CRM Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support the development and activation of effective direct-to-consumer and direct-to-patient campaigns
• Manage and maintain tracking documents, reports, and dashboards to track project progress
• Assist with intake, execution, and delivery of CRM campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or similar (preferred)
• 2+ years work experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (preferred)
• Proficient in project management tools and platforms such as Smartsheet and Lythos
