Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and manage clinical trial agreements with investigative sites
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Review and evaluate contract changes, escalate deviations, and maintain contract files

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years' experience with contracts
Bachelor's Degree/JD required
Familiarity with clinical contracts and relevant areas involving contracts, negotiation, or sales
Experience in a service industry or project management environment
