A company is looking for a Network Services Specialist I-Tier I Repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding trouble repair for internet services
Utilize multiple systems to verify customer services and perform trouble isolation and repair
Provide excellent customer service, accept coaching, and recommend products to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:

General knowledge of telecommunication products and services
Technical aptitude for resolving customer issues
Ability to work in a high-intensity, stressful environment and flexible schedules
Experience with troubleshooting internet issues and PC skills
High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience
