Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Services Specialist I-Tier I Repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding trouble repair for internet services
  • Utilize multiple systems to verify customer services and perform trouble isolation and repair
  • Provide excellent customer service, accept coaching, and recommend products to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of telecommunication products and services
  • Technical aptitude for resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, stressful environment and flexible schedules
  • Experience with troubleshooting internet issues and PC skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience
