Specialist Paralegal (ITC)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist Paralegal (ITC) to provide advanced-level support in ITC and IP litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform work efficiently to support client fee recovery and meet billable hours target
• Coordinate and prepare complex legal documents related to IP matters and manage case databases
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including document filing and in-court support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
• Minimum 7 years of IP Litigation experience
• Extensive ITC trial experience
• Arbitration and trial experience
• Bachelor's Degree
