Job Summary

Providing short-term leadership support, the remote contract Specialized Business Consultant will oversee the global Talent Acquisition function, ensuring alignment with enterprise hiring priorities and driving execution against talent acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for the global Talent Acquisition organization
• Drive execution against agreed talent acquisition priorities and support process improvements
• Deliver weekly progress updates and market insights to the Acuity Project Manager

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in talent acquisition leadership roles
• Knowledge of recruiting practices and legal compliance
• Ability to implement process improvements and standardization efforts
