Specialized Research Analyst

Job Summary

Specialized Research Analyst provides full-time customer service support to merchants regarding credit card processing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to merchant inquiries related to credit card processing and provide solutions to issues
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with service and authorization for credit card processing terminals
• Communicate policies and procedures to merchants and request exceptions as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of customer service experience
• Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations and procedures
• Proficient computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Elavon experience is highly preferred
