Specialized Services Representative

Job Summary

Managing the Specialized Services portfolio, the full-time Specialized Services Representative will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan management processes, working remotely to support accounts in Impounds, Insurance Claims, Litigation, and Bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively manage relationships with third-party companies, vendors, and attorneys to ensure compliance with timelines
• Prepare legal documents for internal management and external counsel review and execution
• Partner with other departments to communicate key timelines and actions for loan management

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in collections, repossessions, bankruptcy, insurance, or Impounds
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and regulatory compliance
• Experience in drafting and filing legal documents
• Prior experience negotiating with impound vendors and borrowers preferred
• Understanding of legal procedures and processes
