Job Summary
Supporting multiple corporate clients, the contract Specialized Travel Consultant will book and manage domestic and international travel arrangements remotely, utilizing Sabre GDS for reservations and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Book and manage air, hotel, rail, and car reservations for business travel
- Assist travelers through various communication channels while ensuring compliance with client travel policies
- Resolve travel-related issues and meet customer satisfaction goals
Required qualifications
- Experience in corporate/business travel or the travel industry
- Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing rules, and travel reservations
- Hands-on experience with Sabre GDS
- High School Diploma, GED, or some college coursework
