Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Act as trusted advisor and consultant to corporate accounts, providing travel solutions and recommendations
Manage end-to-end booking process for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
Operate in a telephony servicing environment, meeting key performance indicators and driving partnerships

Required Qualifications:

Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules for travel
High proficiency in Sabre GDS
Background in Business Travel
Experience working in a high touch service environment
Strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
