Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialized Travel Counselor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel
• Communicate effectively with customers and act as a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in travel, preferably business travel
• Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus and/or Galileo)
• Strong understanding of the travel industry
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
• Openness to feedback and ability to work in a team
