Specialized Wireless Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the next generation of WiFi and mobile technologies, the Specialized Wireless Engineer will manage the development, deployment, and performance optimization of wireless solutions across a network of over 20 million access points, working flexibly in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of wireless technology solutions, including WiFi5, WiFi6, WiFi7, and 4G-LTE
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot WiFi performance across a large-scale network
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues through data analysis and root cause identification

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in wireless technology development and management
• Deep knowledge of WiFi5, WiFi6, WiFi7, and 4G-LTE; familiarity with 5G
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience in large-scale wireless environments
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred
