Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Account Coordinator Team Lead (Non-Exempt).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee patient account coordination, including insurance verification, denials management, and collections
  • Review clinical information to ensure compliance with medical necessity criteria and NCCN guidelines
  • Train staff on policies and procedures while serving as a resource for the team on medical records and appeals
Required Qualifications
  • Some college hours in business, finance, or accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines with consistent accuracy
  • Experience in claims procedures and insurance company regulations
