Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and settlement value
• Negotiate settlements and manage reserves for various types of claims
• Collaborate with the Special Investigation Unit on complex claims and pursue subrogation when necessary

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must be licensed and bondable
• Knowledgeable in insurance products and claims processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
