Job Summary

Leading Specialty Lending initiatives, the full-time Specialty National Fulfillment Director will manage portfolio quality, credit functions, and processing activities while driving growth and profitability in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees the design and implementation of lending functions, ensuring credit quality and service standards are met
• Develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives across multiple regions
• Implements improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in Indirect Lending operations

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in Specialty Lending and portfolio management
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on employee development and performance feedback
• Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Experience in developing cooperative relationships with dealerships and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
