Job Summary

Managing the operations of specialty loan servicing, the full-time Specialty Loan Servicing Manager will oversee a team responsible for the life-of-loan processing of commercial and small business loans, ensuring compliance and efficiency while working remotely with quarterly travel to East Petersburg, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the specialty loan servicing department, ensuring accurate and compliant loan boarding and servicing
• Lead, train, and supervise a team, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Develop and implement operating plans and processes to maximize operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7 or more years of leadership experience managing teams and multiple processes
• 5 or more years of experience in loan servicing or operations, focusing on specialized commercial loan structures
• Proven track record in managing and implementing specialty loan servicing processes
• Hands-on experience with loan management systems, preferably with system implementations or migrations
