Job Summary
To drive strategic initiatives in product design and development, the full-time remote Specialty Market Strategy Manager will lead the creation and execution of data-backed product strategies, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with corporate growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative product strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives
- Oversee product portfolio management and ensure timely go-to-market execution through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in health plan, PBM, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries preferred
- Proven track record in new product development and end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy preferred
