Specialty Pharmacy Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Specialty Pharmacy Analyst will design, build, and support Specialty Pharmacy workflows within Compass Rose, collaborating with pharmacy, clinical, and IT stakeholders to optimize operations and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Specialty Pharmacy workflows within Compass Rose
• Support end-to-end Specialty Pharmacy operations, including referrals, benefits investigation, and patient management
• Collaborate with Epic application teams to enhance Specialty Pharmacy performance and care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy operations and workflows
• Familiarity with Compass Rose or similar pharmacy management systems
• Ability to perform unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Experience in reporting and analytics related to pharmacy operations
• Strong collaboration skills with clinical and operational teams
