Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for specialty pharmacies and distributors, providing effective communication and support
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues related to reimbursement and compliance
  • Analyze incoming data to recognize trends and ensure timely responses to outstanding issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 6-8 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment
  • Previous experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
