Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for specialty pharmacies and distributors, providing effective communication and support
- Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues related to reimbursement and compliance
- Analyze incoming data to recognize trends and ensure timely responses to outstanding issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 6-8 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment
- Previous experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
