Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage coordination of specialty pharmacies within HUB operations
  • Conduct teleconferences with specialty pharmacies and provide ongoing communication for patient cases
  • Identify complex cases and escalate as necessary, while supporting prior authorization denials and appeals
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience, or 6-8 years of relevant working experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment
  • Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
