Job Summary

As a key resource in a remote full-time position, the Specialty Pharmacy Liaison will manage the coordination of specialty pharmacies, build strong relationships with service providers, and address complex patient cases while ensuring timely access to medications.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage communication and coordination with specialty pharmacies and distributors to facilitate patient access
  • Identify and triage complex cases, providing support for prior authorization denials and appeals
  • Conduct regular teleconferences with specialty pharmacies to review and analyze dispensing information
Required qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience, or 6-8 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment
  • Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
