Specialty Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain information from patients and medical personnel to maintain accurate patient profiles
• Translate and enter prescriptions, prepare and maintain operations records
• Fill pharmacy orders, maintain dispensing records, and contact physician offices for refills or continued prescriptions

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License
• At least 6 months of previous pharmacy technician experience
• 6 months of professional work experience involving inbound and/or outbound phone customer service
• Strong knowledge of computer programs and excellent data entry skills
• Verifiable High School diploma or equivalent
