Specialty Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead Specialty implementations for commercial clients, the remote Specialty Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, serve as a primary liaison, and develop implementation plans while ensuring successful onboarding and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Specialty Pharmacy implementations for commercial clients, including TPAs and Health Plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process, providing consultative support and project leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal business partners

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting implementations
• 1+ years of client management, account management, or client implementation experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
