Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for direct care roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within home care, healthcare, or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws and regulations
