Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for direct care roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within home care, healthcare, or a related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws and regulations
