Job Summary
Acting as the subject-matter expert for specialty drug programs, the full-time Specialty Rx Coordinator will manage care coordination for members on specialty medications, communicate with stakeholders, and develop training documentation, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate care for members taking specialty medications between providers, internal teams, and specialty vendors
- Lead implementation calls with specialty Rx partners to support new client pharmacy setups
- Provide recurring education and training for internal teams on specialty Rx topics
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or direct patient care setting
