Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Sales Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives in the West region
- Drive revenue growth by maximizing the value of existing customers and penetrating new accounts
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to contract closure
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful SaaS Sales leadership experience
- Experience in Enterprise revenue management strategies
- Ability to utilize data for trend prediction and sales strategy adjustment
- Growth mindset and adaptability to a dynamic sales environment
- Experience in EdTech/Higher Education preferred, but not required
