Job Summary
To support the Property Preservation department, the full-time Specialty Scope Coordinator will recruit and onboard specialty independent contractors for hazard claim repairs and large construction jobs, while managing contractor assignments and ensuring timely order completion in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze independent contractor leads to identify suitable candidates for NFR's network
- Onboard independent contractors by conducting interviews, obtaining required documents, and ensuring compliance with NFR and client requirements
- Manage contractor assignments and pricing negotiations while utilizing critical thinking to improve processes
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in contractor/vendor recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in construction or property preservation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with multiple software applications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of construction estimating and cost estimating software is a plus
- High School diploma or GED required; relevant college experience preferred
