Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized account opening, maintenance, and digital servicing support for Private Banking clients
• Respond to internal and external inquiries through various communication channels
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• At least two years of banking or customer service-oriented work experience required
• Knowledge of consumer account opening and maintenance processes
• Experience with digital banking platforms and remote servicing tools preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional service to high-value and complex client segments
