Job Summary

Responsible for training and mentoring staff while handling complex specialty vehicle material damage claims, the fully remote Specialty Vehicle Technical Lead will provide technical assistance and quality control in claims management.

Key responsibilities

• Handles complex material damage claims with minimal supervision
• Conducts training on specialty vehicle material damage handling and appraising
• Acts as a subject matter expert for staff and vendors regarding specialty vehicle claims

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in handling complex material damage claims
• Strong knowledge of specialty vehicle policies and the insurance industry
• Ability to identify subrogation or fraud potential in claims
• Experience in training and mentoring others in claims processes
• Familiarity with collision repair industry standards and regulations
