Specification Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specification & Market Development Manager, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the end-to-end specification process to meet long-term sales objectives
• Partner with DSS and Opening Studios to drive architectural lead generation and track large-scale commercial projects
• Deliver training to internal teams and key customers, including creating accredited courses and managing continuing education programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in technical or architectural building product sales
• Strong background in specifications within the construction industry
• Proficiency with architectural tools (SolidWorks, CAD, Revit, etc.)
• Experience leading specification or architectural sales teams
• CSI experience/certification (preferred)
