Specifications Consultant
Job Summary
To drive sales initiatives, the full-time Specifications Consultant will manage client relationships, develop technical specifications, and collaborate with internal teams in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors to promote product specifications
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver presentations and technical documents
- Conduct product training and support for clients and internal staff to ensure effective product usage
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or specifications consulting within the manufacturing or electrical equipment industry
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and lighting products
- Proficiency in using design software and tools relevant to specifications
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations
