Specifications Writer III

Job Summary

Providing specification writing support for the New Product Introduction Pilot Line, the full-time Specifications Writer III will collaborate with engineers and production teams to create and maintain process documentation while adapting to a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate process documentation in collaboration with Process Engineers and other stakeholders
• Incorporate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Process Change Requests (PCRs) into documentation
• Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities while interacting with the production floor and project leadership

Required qualifications

• High School diploma
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and electronic collaboration systems
• Experience with Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and/or Module manufacturing
• Strong organizational skills to support multiple projects concurrently
