Job Summary
A company is looking for a Speech Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support speech analytics platforms and provide analytical reporting on call activity and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support daily operations of speech analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy and trend identification
- Analyze call recordings and speech data to identify compliance trends and prepare monthly client reporting packages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with operational objectives and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in call center analytics, reporting, or operational data analysis
- Experience with speech analytics platforms and familiarity with dialer technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools
- Knowledge of collections industry regulations such as FDCPA and TCPA preferred
