SPIFF Business Analyst Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SF Business Analyst Consultant with SPIFF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the SPIFF implementation process
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs and gather requirements
• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)
• Hands-on experience with SPIFF configuration and management
• Level 1 and Level 2 SPIFF University certifications or equivalent expertise
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role
• Proficiency in English for client interactions and documentation
