Job Summary
A company is looking for a SPIFF GTM Lead who will provide strategic support in sales and project management within the Spiff ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities and customer engagements, ensuring alignment with Spiff and ICM best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, staffing plans, and SOWs while driving operational excellence
- Mentor team members and foster an inclusive environment to enhance team performance and success
Required Qualifications
- Experience with pre-sales and sales cycles, including scoping and budget estimation
- Deep expertise in Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) best practices
- Strong understanding of complex data integration workflows and business logic requirements
- Experience as a compensation admin or with SPM tools
- Proven ability to gather and analyze ICM requirements and design scalable solutions
