Job Summary
To support the mission of fostering spiritual development, the full-time salaried Spiritual Growth Executive will lead programs that deepen faith and connect members, working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Guide members and leaders in understanding and practicing faith through actionable programs
- Develop and implement initiatives that provide meaningful opportunities for spiritual growth and community connection
- Manage project development, collaboration, and resource evaluation to align with the organization's mission and values
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in theology or related field preferred
- Knowledge of the United Women in Faith organization or similar women's organizations
- Experience in writing biblical curriculum and teaching in various settings
- Understanding of anti-racism and intersectionality to inform curriculum development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills
