Splunk Architect Lead

Job Summary

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Splunk Architect Lead will define, guide, and oversee the architecture and implementation of Splunk capabilities, ensuring optimal performance and governance in both remote and onsite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target Splunk architecture, including indexer clusters and deployment servers
• Serve as the technical lead for Splunk engineering activities, providing mentorship and direction to technical teams
• Lead design efforts for platform performance, capacity, and data lifecycle management, ensuring integration with broader operational environments

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related technical roles
• 5+ years of hands-on Splunk administration or architecture experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience designing and supporting complex Splunk environments
• Strong understanding of Splunk architecture, including indexers, search heads, and data onboarding processes
