SPM & EA Business Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Principal Business Consultant - ServiceNow SPM & EA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior advisory leadership in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) to guide client strategy and implementation
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Business Process Consultants while ensuring project success and client satisfaction
• Assist in pre-sales activities and contribute to practice development and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in program/project management or related roles
• 5+ years of consulting or professional services experience
• 3-5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform
• Expert level experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with relevant certifications preferred
