Key Responsibilities

• Execute tasks independently or as part of a team to enhance customer and client experiences
• Participate in analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Plan daily priorities in support of the SPM Product Owner and user base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 years of work experience in business analysis
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
