SPM Solutions Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SPM Solutions Specialist focused on the continuous improvement and functional rollout of ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management module.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Partner with SPM Engineering and developers to ensure technical solutions align with project goals
- Create training materials, lead training sessions, and act as the primary contact for troubleshooting SPM issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Direct experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent professional experience
