SPOC Servicing Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of 10-12 SPOC Specialists, the full-time salaried SPOC Servicing Supervisor will oversee compliance in the Loss Mitigation group, conduct daily team huddles, and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, including team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance performance and compliance
• Ensure adherence to loss mitigation guidelines and manage department work queues effectively

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation options
• Understanding of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and related mortgage servicing laws
• Experience in managing teams and conducting performance evaluations
• Ability to work until 8 PM EST and one Saturday a month
