SPOC Servicing Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of 10-12 SPOC Specialists, the full-time SPOC Servicing Supervisor will manage compliance with loss mitigation guidelines, conduct team training and performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while working remotely until 8 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily supervisory functions, including team huddles, performance feedback, and schedule coordination
• Ensure compliance with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation guidelines, addressing performance gaps immediately
• Train and develop staff while recommending and implementing procedural changes for efficiency gains

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience in mortgage servicing
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and related mortgage loan servicing requirements
• Experience in managing teams and conducting performance evaluations
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines in the mortgage industry
• Ability to analyze and interpret business regulations and present information effectively
